Silver Jubilee Motors Limited was established in the year 1935 and since the inception of Mahindra Company, Silver Jubilee Motors Limited has been the official dealership of Mahindra.  Silver Jubilee Motors Limited has a special distinction of being the oldest dealership that has earned the trust of its customers and provided excellent service.  That is why Mahindra means Silver Jubilee and Silver Jubilee means Mahindra.  Silver Jubilee Motors Limited has the largest and most sophisticated service centre in the country and Rajwardhiniji, is the only woman dealer principal of Mahindra in the western region of India.  Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd.  As a woman who was a little hesitant while working in this male-oriented field while taking charge as the managing director of  Sanjayji Jagtap's encouragement gradually took off and inspired him to work with great enthusiasm: Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd. owned the public transport in Pune city since pre-independence which service was taken over after the official establishment of Pune Mahanagar Transport.  PMT is considered as the lifeline of Pune city.  Apart from this, Silver Jubilee Motors petrol pump in the camp area which is known as the oldest petrol pump in Pune city and which is serving customers with integrity.  Today Rajwardhini Ji is managing director of Purandar Milk & Agro Products with the main objective of providing financial support to the farmers in the rural areas of Purandar.  In order to provide services at discounted rates to prevent spoilage of farmers' crops, cold storages have also been set up by the company.  In addition to her accomplishments, Rajwardhiniji Sanjay Jagtap is also the current Director of Sant Sopankaka Cooperative Bank, which operates through 22 branches across Maharashtra, with accurate decision-making, excellent management skills and strong leadership, Rajwardhiniji Sanjay Jagtap has established a reputation as a successful and outstanding woman entrepreneur in a very short span of time.  In the near future, she intend to start the first women's showroom which will be run entirely by women.

Kashi Vishweshwar Self-Help Group was established in 2008 with the main objective of making the women of Purandar Haveli economically empowered and all-round development of women.  As a result, a large number of excellent women's organizations were formed in a short period of time.  Gramin Group Role Activity for Mahila Interdependent Network Association was started in 2012 for the health of all these women.  This organization started out of a sense of social commitment is registered under 80G.  Every year during Diwali around 40,000 kg of Diwali Faral is made and distributed to women for the purpose of employment.  Specially working to conduct free health camps for women, diagnose and provide necessary medication.  Today this organization has a total of 20,000+ women members in Purandar Haveli.  An honest effort has been made to check the health of all these women members through 18 hospitals and provide them with primary medicine.  This Gramin organization, which works exclusively for women, has not limited its work to women only and has also participated in various social activities as per the need.  During the Kolhapur Sangli deluge, the flood victims of Nilewadi village were helped to the utmost extent through the organization and the village organization is also a leader in various activities such as distribution of free Activa scooters to disabled brothers and sisters on the occasion of World Day of Disability.

In the first wave of Corona, the Gramin organization expanded its scope through the organization, 1500 PPE kits, 3000 N95 masks were distributed to health workers, administrative officers, police forces and Asha volunteers.  Also during this period, with the aim of providing employment to women in rural areas, they made nearly 15000 handmade masks and distributed them to the needy citizens, It was given for free.  More than 1 lakh litres of sanitizers were distributed to Health Centres, Gram Panchayats, Chief Administrative Offices.  Many government offices and private offices as well as society premises were sanitized free of cost through Gramin organization.  Complete essential grocery kits sufficient for 3000 needy families for a month were distributed to the needy families.  By starting a community kitchen at 08 places in Purandar and Haveli area, for more than 60 days, an average of 18000 Anandi Thali were distributed to more than 10 lakh needy citizens through this kitchen, so that the common people who are facing the double crisis of Corona outside and hunger at home have at least two meals a day get food.  Along with this, 5000 litres of Anandi milk was given completely free of cost every day and 3 lakh bottles of Arsenic album immunity boosting homeopathy tablets were distributed to people.  Keeping in mind the increasing workload in the health centre, through the Gramin organization, doctors were recruited to serve there for two months, along with 02 bi-pap ventilator machines and 200 thermal guns were also made available, and more than 200 foreign nationals were given necessary health check-ups and covid tests to reach their homes.  Help was also provided, keeping in mind the increasing number of patients and inadequate health system in the second wave of Corona, Anandi Covid Care Center was set up in these two places of Khalad and Uruli Devachi through the Gramin organization. This Covid care center had a total bed capacity of 200 out of which 50 beds were oxygenated and 150 beds were isolation beds.  Various programs like yoga, zumba dance, music program, bhajan, discourse and lecture were also organized to increase the physical health and mental strength of the patient.  Through these two centres, more than 1400 patients were cured of corona by giving completely free treatment.

Determining that my village is a village with vaccination, the Gramin organization undertook a unique initiative to 100% vaccinate Bahirwadi, a remote and hilly village in Purandar taluka.  First of all, the mentality of the citizens was created by creating public awareness about how it is necessary to take the corona vaccine to prevent the corona epidemic and then the covid vaccine was bought from a private hospital and given to the citizens free of cost.  Through this initiative all citizens were given Covishield and all children were given standardized influenza vaccine. As a result Bahirwadi village got the honor of being the first 100% vaccinated village in the country.  The notice of which was taken at the national level by the government news channel.  For the successful implementation of the said initiative, the people's leader of the country Hon. Sharad Chandraji Pawar Saheb and the state administration specially appreciated the Gramin organization.  Rajwardhiniji Sanjay Jagtap intends to provide health services to all patients at a very modest rate through the first cooperative hospital in the district to be established on the basis of Anandi Cooperative in the future to give more speed to all these social activities.
